Hi Girls! I’m happy to announce that registration for the next #PSPfit challenge opens on January 1st, I’m so ready to detox my holiday indulgences and start running hard towards my next set of goals.
We’re starting 2015 with a #PSPfit Body Love Challenge that combines strict clean eating and rigorous exercise with body love and positivity. Remember, we do #PSPfit out of love for our bodies, not hate. Be prepared to push yourself, but don’t worry– Abra, our nutrition coach, the #PSPfit girls and I will be there to guide anyone who is new to this. If you’ve been nervous about doing a full 4-6 week challenge, this challenge will be perfect for you to give the #PSPfit challenge a test run and see how well your body responds to a healthy curves lifestyle.
Here’s how the January challenge will go:
You can register for the #PSPfit January challenge from January 1st-January 15th. This challenge will be 100% online, which means you don’t have to live in NYC to be a part of #PSPfit. You can join #PSPfit from any city, any country… we’d love to work with all of you!
I think we all know that preparation is the key to success. For this challenge our nutrition coach, Abra has designed a very specific preparation phase that will get us focused and ready to meet our 2015 Healthy Curves goals. Abra feels that coming out of the holiday season, going cold turkey may lead us to crash and burn later (I’ve done that before, eek!) so she’s going to hold our hand as we say goodbye to christmas cookies and hello to yummy healthy recipes! This prep phase will help us to:
- Start weaning ourselves off of unsupportive foods, sugars, toxins and stimulants
- Remove temptation by creating our clean kitchen and pantry
- Join the #PSPfit private facebook group and get to know everyone
- Participate in our first body love exercises
- Cook your first clean recipes
- Ask questions as we begin
Last year, the #PSPfit girls dominated the January challenge. We cooked the recipes, we worked out and at the end of four weeks we were like “wow!” I personally plan to do that again, my body is ready!!! To do this challenge fully, we will all need to work out 4 times per week, follow the #PSPfit clean eating guidelines and have a willingness to be positive, love our bodies and support each other.
